These new models are pre-built and delivered with the roof OFF. We send our skill Amish carpenters along and finish assembly at your property. The install takes about (5) hours.

Choose either roof, same price. This is all 2"x4" 16" on center construction.

We are now offering free delivery delivery and set-up within a 200 mile perimeter of Lancaster, PA. This is a limited promotion.
You must have a level crushed stone base at a minimum of 6" of Crusher Run. Crusher Run is simply crushed #2's with stone dust. This material compacts very well and is an excellent base material for our garages.

10% Down is required for the order and the balance is due the day before delivery is scheduled.
